The new DOME REAL CUISINE restaurant is a culinary revelation which unfolds the secrets of the new greek cuisine. Our chef Stefanos Stamides serves passion & creativity through his long experience. Performed the matured process of the various cuts which are getting cooked at high temperatures in the cast iron oven with organic olive charcoals .
The selected meat cuts are the backbone of the menu. In the dry aging fridge which dominates the center of the restaurant, the maturing process of the various cuts is performed followed by a cooking method of high temperatures in cast iron oven with organic olive tree lumber charcoals.
The second pillar of the menu consists of seasonal vegetables grown mainly in our garden with 100% bio conditions.
The updated wine list is based on small wineries throughout the country to complement our dishes.
